A 20% deposit is required for Berlin-based bookings. Your deposit can be applied to a future date (within three months) if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of a date will result in the deposit being kept. Should I be responsible for the cancellation (for instance in case of illness), deposits will be refunded immediately. Additionally, clients may be asked to provide screening information (applies to tour bookings and FMTY bookings). As screening, you can send a clear face photo and either a valid government identification card OR a link to a matching social media profile. If you are not comfortable sharing your ID or social media, you can share references to other established providers who you have been with, or book a video call screening with me. I use an encrypted email service to protect your data, and if you are concerned, consider using one as well.
