A deposit of 20% of the session cost is required for Berlin-based bookings. Your deposit can be applied to a future date (within three months) if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of a date will result in the deposit being kept. Should I be responsible for the cancellation (for instance in case of illness), deposits will be refunded immediately. FMTY bookings require advance payment of all travel costs and 50% of session cost. The cancellation period depends on the distance and duration of the date.
